1. Vehicle information, pricing, and availability

We work hard to keep vehicle listings, prices, photos, mileage, and features accurate and up to date, but errors happen and inventory changes quickly.

• All vehicles are subject to prior sale. A vehicle shown on the Site may no longer be available.
• Prices do not include tax, title, license, registration, a documentary service fee, or any optional products, unless expressly stated. Advertised prices may require dealer-arranged financing or specific conditions.
• Photos may be stock or representative images; the actual vehicle's color, options, and condition control.
• Mileage, equipment, and vehicle-history information are provided from sources we believe reliable but are not guaranteed. Verify anything important to you before purchase.
• We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission and to change information at any time without notice, including after you have submitted a request.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell. A sale is complete only when you and an authorized representative sign a written purchase agreement.

2. Financing and payment estimates

Payment calculators and financing information on the Site are estimates for general information only. They are not an offer or commitment to lend, and they do not guarantee any rate, term, or approval.

Actual terms depend on your credit, the lender, the vehicle, down payment, and other factors, and are set only in a signed financing contract. "O.A.C." means on approved credit.

3. Trade-in and sell-your-car offers

Any trade-in value or cash offer discussed online or by phone is a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. A final offer is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle and verification of title, payoff, and condition.

4. Your use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content or inventory except as expressly permitted.
• Submit false information or another person's information without permission.
• Use the Site to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

5. Communications consent

By submitting a form or giving us your phone number or email, you agree that Northwest Auto Empire and our AI assistant may contact you about your request by phone, text, and email, including by automated means, at the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and of marketing at any time.
